Job Title: Sales Associate
Job Summary:Our company is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team for the busy summer season. The Sales Associate will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience by providing excellent customer service and promoting our merchandise. The successful candidate will have experience in sales, be outgoing, client-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- In person sales calls to Dallas/Fort Worth businesses
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer solutions
- Maintain an understanding of the products and services offered by the company
- Promote sales and special offers to customers
- Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required
- Meet and surpass sales targets
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent and friendly service
Requirements:
- Insured and reliable personal transportation
- Ability to operate vehicle while pulling a trailer full of merchandise
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail sales preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work well within a team as well as independently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
